What Is Life Coaching?
Life coaching is a collaborative and transformative process that empowers individuals to identify and achieve their personal and professional goals. Through mindful productivity coaching, we focus on developing effective strategies, fostering self-awareness, and cultivating a balanced and fulfilling life.

Our coaching is specifically designed for neurodivergent individuals seeking support in navigating the challenges of productivity, time management, and work-life balance. Whether you have ADHD, autism, or other neurocognitive differences, our coaching provides tailored guidance and strategies to optimize your strengths and overcome obstacles.
What is The Process Like?
The coaching process involves a series of one-on-one sessions where we explore your unique challenges, set meaningful goals, and create personalized action plans. Through mindful techniques and strategies based on lived experience, we work together to cultivate self-compassion, enhance productivity, and achieve sustainable growth.
1. Define the Focus of the Session
Here we establish a primary topic of focus for the session to tackle based on your particular needs at the moment.
2. Set a goal for the session
We then come up with a tangible goal that is related to your topic of focus.
3. Have a coaching conversation
We discuss the ins and outs of your particular situation in order to determine the proper direction in which we should go.
4. Identify your desired outcomes
Based on the context of the situation we discussed, we determine what path we can take to lead to your desired outcome.
5. Identify your options and action steps
Depending on the complexity of the situation, there may be more than one option/action step that can be taken to reach your goal. We will identify that in every given session.
6. Set up an accountability agreement and recap the session
To help ensure that you are actively reaching your goals, we set up an accountability agreement. We also do a brief recap of the session to help get the ‘gist of what was discussed and what needs to be done for your success.

About Me
As a neurodivergent (I’m autistic) individual myself, I understand firsthand the unique challenges faced by those with diverse cognitive needs. My personal journey of growth and overcoming obstacles has inspired me to support others on their path to mindful productivity and well-being.
Furthermore, I base my coaching based on my own lived experience and the research I’ve done on productivity and mindfulness techniques to help accommodate my neurotype and, hopefully, others. You will find also that my digital products are reflective of this as well.
